Deterministic engines checked against labeled cases.
MessyAPI engines are deterministic: the same input always gives the same output. Every engine is checked against labeled cases built from public references (U.S. Census, SSA, GeoNames, IANA, USPS Publication 28, ITU-T E.164, WHATWG URL) and hand-labeled messy real-world inputs.
Live results, accuracy by tool type and the error rate are published on the benchmark page, re-run daily. Uptime and speed are on the status page.
