Recovery scores

How the 0–100 lead recovery score works.

A transparent, deterministic 0–100 score for how worthwhile it is to re-engage a stale lead. It's for prioritizing, not a conversion probability.

Signals

  • Positive: estimate sent, high value, no rejection, recent engagement, few prior attempts, repeat customer, high-intent source.
  • Negative: rejection/opt-out, very old, too many attempts, invalid contact, closed-lost, suspected duplicate.

Rejection or opt-out caps the score below the high range.

Priority

  • high ≥ 70
  • medium 40–69
  • low < 40

Industry profiles (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, B2B) add their own entries to the factors array, which is sorted by impact.
